But who can actually use Privize and what are the requirements to benefit from our services?

1. Independent creators

All creators, regardless of their field, can use Privize to sell their content. However, to ensure a safe and legal environment:

• Mandatory KYC: Each creator must complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) to confirm their identity. This helps protect your earnings and secure the platform.

• Age verification: Creators must be of legal age to sell content (18+), and we verify this via provided documents.

• Compliance with rules: Creators must adhere to our Terms of Service and our Charters.

This verification not only secures your earnings but also reassures your buyers and protects the platform against fraudulent use.

2. Agencies

The Company reserves the right to request the transmission of a contract concluded between the Partner Agency and the authorizing Creator, in particular to verify compliance with access conditions and obligations provided

Agencies can also use Privize to generate and share links on behalf of their creators.

The conditions are the same: compliance with the Terms of Service and the CGSU, as well as a KYC verification for each represented creator.

3. Creators using AI

Privize also allows creators who use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate, modify, or optimize their content to monetize their work. Here again, compliance with the CGSU and identity verification are mandatory.

4. Buyer security

To ensure a safe experience:

• All buyers must prove their majority before accessing adult content.

• In accordance with the SREN law, age verification is done via a selfie that self-destructs immediately, thus ensuring protection for both the creator and the buyer

5. Documents and compliance

Privize requires certain documents to ensure the legality of the platform and protect all parties:

• For creators: official ID and proof of age.

• For agencies or structures representing creators: legal documents proving their existence and their right to manage creator accounts.
