The present document is published by  by the company PRIVIZE.IO, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of 100 euros, whose registered office is located at 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 988 989 919, VAT number FR20988989919 

(hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Privize.io"), as part of its commitments to its payment service partners who, via the Platform, offer payment solutions intended for Creators.

This document applies to all users of the Privize.io platform, whether they are Creators, Buyers, or Agents (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or "You").  and complements the General Terms of Service and Use (CGSU) and the General Terms of Sale (CGV) that they must accept as part of their certification process.

Preliminary

It is essential that you read carefully, understand, and comply with this policy.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, and any form of human trafficking, all of which share the common element of one person depriving another of their freedom in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. 

Privize.io  applies a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and any form of exploitation of vulnerable individuals and is committed to acting ethically and honestly in all its transactions and business relationships, as well as implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to minimize the risks of modern slavery among our creators. 

We are also committed to ensuring the transparency of our own activities and the processes in place to combat modern slavery. 

We expect the same level of strictness from all our Creators.

Thus, as part of our contractual processes, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor, or any person held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children.

The prevention, detection, and reporting of any form of modern slavery is the collective responsibility of all individuals working with or for Privize.io, including our Creators and Buyers.

We promote an environment based on transparency and accountability. Accordingly, anyone reporting in good faith a suspicious situation  even if it turns out to be unfounded  will receive our full support. No report made in accordance with this policy will result in retaliation.

This policy applies to all stakeholders of Privize.io, regardless of their country of operation or status: creators, agencies, buyers

We are responsible for implementing this policy, monitoring its use and effectiveness, addressing any questions regarding it, and auditing internal control systems and procedures to ensure they are effective in combating modern slavery.

Charter Against User Exploitation

Privize.io is determined to eradicate any form of human trafficking that may be linked, either directly or indirectly, to the content made available by registered Creators on its platform. 

This proactive struggle reflects Privize.io's firm adherence to ethical principles and legal standards aimed at protecting the dignity and fundamental rights of every individual.

In this perspective, Privize.io has established a rigorous and systematic verification process designed to ensure the respect of individuals' rights. 

This process includes thorough checks regarding the age and explicit consent of any person likely to appear in the published content. 

These verifications, conducted with the utmost care, rely on secure procedures and appropriate tools, to ensure that each piece of content fully complies with the prevailing legal and moral requirements while enhancing users' trust in the platform's integrity.

Privize.io is committed 

• To subject each Creator to a certification and moderation process

  
  

Consequently, each Creator is required to submit an identity document along with a real-time selfie to demonstrate their age and explicit consent. 

Furthermore, Privize.io automatically analyzes all content uploaded by creators using an artificial intelligence solution to identify any potentially illegal elements (see our Content Charter). Privize.io may also carry out random checks and request any additional documentation to verify the legality of a piece of content uploaded by a creator. The platform reserves the right to remove any non-compliant content and sanction the creator who fails to meet its obligations.

• To subject each Buyer  to a certification and moderation process

As a reminder, in accordance with the SREN law, each buyer of private media must go through an age verification process using an artificial intelligence solution to confirm their age. Before accessing the payment page, the buyer will be asked to perform a selfie verification, which will be automatically destroyed after age validation.

Buyers also have the option to report the content of a Creator, and in case of suspicion of non-compliance with our Content Charter, we will conduct a thorough analysis. (Refer to our Content Charter.)

Privize.io seeks to ensure that any person appearing in published content on its platform who is not the Creator themselves is indeed of legal age and consenting to have the content representing them distributed on its platform. 

Each Creator is thus contractually obliged to guarantee and be able to prove that any person who may appear in one of their contents is of legal age and that they are formally consenting to the content in which they appear being distributed and marketed on Privize.io.

Moreover, as part of random checks, any creator may be required to subsequently provide evidence of consent and the age of any third party appearing in a content piece.

Any violation related to modern slavery or a form of human trafficking may result in the application of restrictive measures affecting the contractual relationship with the concerned User(s).

Privize.io requires agencies presenting themselves as Agents of a Creator registered on the Platform to provide the following documents to ensure compliance and transparency:

• A duly established and signed contract with the contracting Creator, explicitly including a transfer of image rights and a clear and formal authorization for the distribution of content;
  
  

• A signed version of this Anti-Exploitation Policy, evidencing their commitment to adhering to the prevailing ethical and legal principles.

These requirements aim to ensure rigorous management of relationships between the parties and to protect everyone's rights in the context of using the Platform.

Reporting a Violation

Privize.io reports any suspicion of pimping (art. 225-5 Penal Code) or illicit funds to TRACFIN, in addition to contractual sanctions.

If you are aware of  or have the slightest suspicion  of a violation of this policy, we strongly encourage you to inform us through one of the following means:

• By writing directly to support@privize.io
  
  

• By reporting the concerned content through this link, especially if you are a Buyer and have unlocked problematic media. You can easily retrieve the ID of the concerned transaction, which is found at the bottom of your purchase confirmation email, and send it to us so that we can trace the transaction.

  
  

Consequences in Case of Violation

Any proven infringement of this policy, particularly acts related to modern slavery or any form of human trafficking, may result in immediate measures, including but not limited to:

• The temporary suspension or permanent termination of the concerned User's Account;
  
  

• The termination of contractual relationships;
  
  

• And, where applicable, a report to the competent authorities.
