Everything you need to know to verify your account
The most common reasons for KYC failure
To complete your KYC and become a creator on Privize, you must have a valid and up-to-date ID or international passport.
Here are common mistakes:
Blurry or poor-quality image: Ensure that the photos of your ID and your selfie are clear and legible.
Poor framing of the ID: Make sure the entire document is clearly visible.
Insufficient lighting: Take the photo in a well-lit environment and avoid reflections.
Expired ID: Check that your document is up to date.
Poor camera quality: Computer webcams can sometimes be problematic. If so, use your phone via the QR code displayed during the KYC to take your photos.
Why is my camera not working for KYC verification?
To validate your identity, you need to take a photo of your ID and a selfie. This requires that your device or browser has permission to access the camera.
