Dear Creators, dear Buyers,

The General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern every transaction made via a Privize link.

👉 Our role: Privize only provides the technical infrastructure allowing Creators to sell their private media to their Fans.

Payments are handled by specialized providers, and the transfer of funds is solely the responsibility of these third-party providers.

For Creators

• You must provide clear and complete information to your Buyers (media description, type of content, access conditions).

• You freely set your prices and include the applicable VAT in them. Prices are expressed including all taxes (TTC).

• You remain fully the owner of your content. The sale of a media corresponds to a viewing right for the Buyer, and not a transfer of ownership.

• You are responsible for the compliance of the delivered content with the announced description.

For Buyers

• You can purchase a media by clicking on a unique and secure link provided directly by the Creator (for example via their link in bio or in private messaging).

• You gain immediate access to the media after payment, for a duration of 48 hours.

• You must respect the copyright and intellectual property rights of the Creator:

  
  

  1. The contents remain the exclusive property of the Creator.

  2. You only have a temporary viewing right, and not for downloading, sharing, or broadcasting.

     
     

• You can leave a tip for your favorite Creators.

• You can request a refund from the Creator if the delivered media does not match the initial description.
