Creators
Agency
In the ecosystem of content platforms, more and more creators are choosing to delegate the management of their account to a specialized agency.
While this model offers a time saving and marketing optimization, it also involves strict legal and contractual obligations.
At Privize.io, these rules are governed by our General Terms of Service and Use (GTSU).
1. Mandatory Declaration of the Mandate
Any agency (or mandatary) acting on behalf of a creator must inform Privize.io of this collaboration. This transparency is essential to ensure traceability and compliance of the disseminated content.
2. Signing a Formal Contract
The agency must provide Privize.io:
A copy of the signed mandate contract with the creator.
A transfer of image rights.
A express authorization for the dissemination of the media.
Without these documents, account management by an agency is not authorized.
3. Creator's Responsibility
Even when delegating, the creator remains fully responsible for the actions of their agency. Any infringement (illegal content, violation of the charter, fraud) may lead to account suspension, or even reporting to the competent authorities.
4. Anti-Exploitation Charter: a Common Commitment
Before any collaboration, the agency and the creator must sign and initial the Anti-Exploitation Charter. This document aims to protect individuals from any form of abuse and to ensure an environment that complies with legal and ethical requirements.
5. Consent of Third Parties and Protection of Minors
Privize.io applies a zero-tolerance policy:
Every person appearing in a media must have given their free, informed and written consent.
The presence of a minor leads to the immediate removal of the content, termination of the account, and a report to the authorities.
