What does the sale price of a media include?

This price includes:

• The amount excluding taxes (HT) freely set by the creator,

• The local VAT applicable according to the buyer's country of residence,

• The banking fees from the payment provider,

• As well as the royalties from Privize.io.

The price indicated on the sales page is therefore the total amount to be paid.
No hidden fees are applied: the buyer knows from the outset the final price to access the private media.

Description on your bank statement

The payment will appear on your bank statement under the description: PRIVIZE.IO

Personal Information

No personal information related to your payment is shared with the Creator.
Only your nickname is visible to the Creator at the time of purchase.

Purchase details and payment security

After each transaction on Privize, you will receive a detailed summary by email.
If you wish to report a problem, retrieve the transaction ID (indicated at the bottom of your confirmation email) and then submit a claim to support.

Reporting an unauthorized payment

If you believe that your credit card has been used without your authorization on Privize, please send us the following documents:

• A copy of the police report to the competent authorities.

• The signed theft declaration.

• A confirmation of the card opposition.

⚠️ A sworn statement will not be accepted. Without these elements, we cannot proceed with a refund.

Fraud or attempted fraud

In the case of fraud or attempted fraud (stolen credit card or fraudulent opposition to a payment), Privize:

• Submits the case to its legal department and initiates recovery measures.

• Communicates all available information to the concerned banking institution (IP addresses, postal address, payment details, email address, phone number, exchanges with Creators…).

• May forward the case to a bailiff, who will issue a formal notice to the individual.

• May permanently suspend the Buyer from Privize.io Service.
