Is AI content allowed on Privize.io?

Privize.io is a platform dedicated to creativity and personal expression, and that's why we are thrilled to welcome creators using AI within our community.

What is AI-generated content?

AI-created models refer to virtual characters or avatars produced using artificial intelligence. These creations can be designed to mimic the appearance and behavior of real people or fictional entities.

Note: this definition does not encompass deepfakes or face-swaps.

We obviously allow deepfakes and face-swaps, but if the body of your model comes from a real person even if the face is generated by AI, it will be considered a real model and must undergo verification as such.

While we allow completely AI-generated content on the platform, we also permit modified content, faked content, or face-swapped content.

However, you MUST verify the actual identity behind the AI.

We do not allow content from other websites or other creators without their explicit and written permission.

Please read our Terms of Service and Use (ToS) carefully, as well as our Content Charter, before signing up or posting.

In accordance with our ToS (Article 3.2.2), the policy on AI-generated content states:

Privize.io is open and supports creators wishing to use AI-generated media. However, to ensure a respectful and safe community, Privize.io has put in place specific rules regarding the uploading, publishing, and sharing of AI-generated media. This includes, but is not limited to, deepfakes, generated images, and other types of synthetic media.

Disclosure

If you upload, publish, or share AI-generated multimedia content on Privize.io, you must declare that they are fictional and were generated by AI.

This statement must be clear and visible so that other community members know that this content is not authentic.

This mention can appear in the Content description, with a note like "virtual image" or any other equivalent mention. A "AI" badge may also be added by the Platform for better identification.

Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the removal of your content and/or the suspension of your account.

Nature

AI-generated media must not be used to create harmful or misleading content.

Any content aimed at deceiving or harming others is strictly prohibited. It is expressly forbidden to publish Content representing an identifiable person, generated by an AI solution, without the prior, explicit, and written consent of that person, including in the case of individuals enjoying public notoriety.

Moderation

All content must adhere to the moderation standards of Privize.io, which include both automated and human assessment.

In case of reporting by one or more Buyers, Privize.io reserves the right to conduct any verification or investigation regarding the nature of a Private Media.

If the content does not comply with our rules, it will be removed; repeated violations may result in the permanent suspension of your account, termination, or blockage/retention of associated funds.

Age and appearance

AI-generated media uploaded to Privize.io must not depict a real person other than the account owner, and must not resemble or intend to resemble (visually or contextually) an individual under the age of 18.

The prompt text cannot be used to "prove" the age of AI-generated content due to several variables such as the model used, training data, prompt weight, and delta.

Compliance

All AI-generated media must be respectful and adhere to community rules and our Content Charter. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions against harassment, hate speech, and discrimination.

AI Creators

At Privize.io, we allow AI-generated content only if all individuals represented in the media have given their explicit consent and the AI Creator validates a two-factor authentication system:

Here is the procedure to follow to sell AI content:

1. Validate your classic KYC
   
   

2. Email the following:
   
   

   • A copy of your ID.

   • A photo of yourself.

   • A photo of you holding a document indicating the date and the username of the account.
     
     

3. Complete the following contract: Download the contract
   
   

4. Send the contract and documents to ai@privize.fr.

This procedure ensures that all publications respect the rights and consent of the individuals represented, even in the case of AI-generated content.

Copyright

AI-generated media must not infringe any copyright or property rights. Uploading such content may result in legal actions, and it is the Creator's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary rights to use and share them.

Consequences

Violation of these guidelines will result in appropriate consequences, determined based on the severity of the violation, and may include a warning, content removal, revenue deductions, suspension, or permanent banning from the community.

Privize.io disclaims any liability for any claims or dissatisfaction arising from a Buyer accessing Content created, modified, or generated, in whole or in part, using an artificial intelligence solution operated under the responsibility of a Creator.

We reserve the right to remove any content without notice if it violates community rules or Privize.io policies. This includes, but is not limited to, AI-generated media that violates the rules outlined above.
